Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.

It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

What can we do for you ?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.

We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards such as Paypal, Payoneer, VISA and Mastercard.

  • Customers have the right to modify/cancel their orders within 12 hours of successfully placing the order.
  • After 12 hours, any request to cancel or change the order will not be accepted as the order will have been locked for processing and sent to the carrier.
    You can refer to our Cancellation Policy for more information. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All the delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers (delivery time frame of 12-17 business). Under certain instances, deliveries may exceed or be less than the stated time frame and Some delays may occur due to Holidays and natural disasters such (severe weather conditions, ….)

Most items are $4.99 for the first item + $1.99 for each additional item.

We may accept a change of shipping address only before the order has been shipped. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. We will either resend the missing product or issue a refund for the undelivered product. Please contact our Customer Support Team at admin@nsscs.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We apologize if you have received a defective item from us. We will either resend the new product or issue a refund for the defective item. Please contact our Customer Care Team at admin@nsscs.com with a snapshot of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

You may check the status of your parcel via “Track your order” to find out why it might have been delayed. Alternatively, you may drop us an email to our Customer Support Team at admin@nsscs.com if you have not received your parcel after the estimated delivery date and we will assist you accordingly.

Be aware that may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the day the product is received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 days after the estimated delivery date.
